
We hereby wish to inform you that Suria Sabah car park will be implementing Licensed Plate Recognition (LPR) system effective 1st February 2026, which will replace the existing physical access card system. This system is upgraded to enhance your parking experience with us.
To ensure a smooth transition, kindly take note of and comply with the following terms and conditions before the effective date:
1. Each Season pass user is entitled to register a maximum of two (2) vehicle licensed plate numbers.
2. Only one registered vehicle is allowed to enter the car park at any one time.
3. The first entering vehicle must record an exit before the second vehicle is permitted to enter.
4. In the event of a second registered vehicle enters the car park while the first vehicle has not recorded an exit, the second vehicle will be charged at the normal parking rate.
Please be advised to visit our Payment counter located at 8th floor to Update your licensed plate number for the new system from now onwards or fill in the google form below. Failing which you may encounter difficulty in entering or exiting car park and possible extra charged of parking fee.

1. What is LPR?
LPR stands for License Plate Recognition. It is a smart parking system that automatically detects your vehicle number plate for seamless entry and exit — no ticket required.
2. How does the LPR parking system work?
Simply drive in and out as usual. Your car plate will be automatically scanned when entering and exiting. Parking charges will be calculated based on your parking duration, and payment is made by tapping your card at the exit barrier.
3. Do I still need to take a parking ticket?
No. No ticket is required. Your car plate will be your parking reference.
4. How do I pay for parking?
At the exit barrier, simply tap your accepted card to make payment.
Accepted cards: MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay, MyDebit
Touch ’n Go is currently not supported.
5. What if my car plate is not detected?
If your plate is not recognised, please proceed to the help button / customer service counter for assistance.
6. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. The system follows data protection and privacy regulations. Information is used only for parking management purposes.
